Recently, Dmytro was instrumental in coordinating Pulsar Expo’s critical project of delivering 55 CASE 570T 4×4 Backhoe Loaders to Ukraine—a complex undertaking that required strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving.

HOW TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES
Dmytro believes that resilience and adaptability are key to overcoming challenges in his role. Faced with the scarcity of backhoe loaders across Europe, he expanded his search, ultimately securing the needed fleet from Saudi Arabia. “Success often means looking beyond the obvious,” he says, underscoring his commitment to finding solutions, no matter how complex the problem may seem.
WHAT IS CHALLENGING ABOUT YOUR JOB?
The most challenging part of Dmytro’s job lies in coordinating seamless logistics under intense time constraints. From reserving an entire ship to navigating five seas in six days, each decision is critical in ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

WHAT ARE YOU PROUD OF?
Dmytro takes great pride in Pulsar Expo’s recent project, which went beyond logistics to become a meaningful contribution to Ukraine’s infrastructure. Orchestrating the delivery of these machines within a week to multiple regional authorities in Ukraine required precision, teamwork, and unwavering focus. The convoy of 28 trucks carrying the equipment represented not only a logistical achievement but also a symbol of resilience and commitment to supporting Ukrainian communities.
