HOW TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES
Oleksandr’s approach to overcoming challenges centers on fostering collaboration and adaptability. “Every challenge in production is an opportunity to innovate,” he explains. By working closely with the R&D team and production staff, Oleksandr ensures that solutions are both practical and effective, maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Oleksandr finds the complexity of managing such a diverse and skilled team the most challenging aspect of his role. Coordinating between departments, each with their specialized focus, requires a balance of technical understanding and leadership, a skill Oleksandr continues to refine daily.

Over the past year, Oleksandr’s team developed and implemented 12 unique modifications for the Torsus Terrastorm. This accomplishment showcases the team’s dedication and innovation, as they crafted configurations that expand the vehicle’s versatility. From cargo vans with powerful crane manipulators to enhanced transport designs, Oleksandr takes pride in the team’s ability to push the boundaries of what vehicles can achieve.
