TORSUS Sales Team is looking for a competitive and proactive Sales Representative to help us expand our business activities globally.
Sales Representative responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and markets, negotiating deals, maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction. If you have passion for innovation and being a trailblazer, if you are persistent in reaching your goals and patient in education, if you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers and discovering new possibilities, we’d like to meet you ASAP.
Main responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Build new customer relationships and nurture existing customers.
- Generate new business, from prospecting to drafting and closing contracts. Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities.
- Ensure sales growth in defined territory/industry directly to the end users and via Distributors.
- Problem-solving together with customers/engineers.
- Act as a single point of contact for various in- and external stakeholders
- Proper maintenance of the customer database
- Handle all administration of CRM, lead generation, contracts, preparing sales forecasts, reports and monitoring sales records, keeping CRM up-to-date on a daily basis.
- Gather market intelligence from customers and identify opportunities.
- Participate in international trade shows, roadshows and customer presentations.
- Follow the industry trends and competitors within the industry to identify risks and opportunities.
Desired requirements & qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, economics or business administration
- Experience in automotive, military, rescue, mining, off-road, camper or RV is a plus
- Experience in developing and taking care of large end users or distributors is a plus
- Experience selling via distribution channels, or directly to end users.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with a desire to learn
- Sales-driven and result-oriented professional
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluency both verbal and written in English and Ukrainian, any other language is a plus
- The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements and work in high-pressure environments
- Autonomous, mature, and highly professional in dealing with individuals at different seniority levels.
- Ability to travel both through the dedicated region and globally as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice.

TORSUS Sales Team is looking for a reliable and meticulous Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our global goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, and provide organizational support for our unstoppable Sales Team through tracking orders, processing paperwork, maintaining the customer database, and ensuring our product are delivered on-time.

Main responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for various in- and external stakeholders
- Proper control and maintenance of the customer database through handling administration of CRM
- Preparing sales forecasts, reports and monitoring sales records, keeping CRM up-to-date on a daily basis
- Processing in SAP (production orders, check associated costs, payments, investments, etc.)
- Process and control machines orders, switch machines on stock
- Monitoring ordered machines status and production pipeline for sales team, internal stock deliveries and dispatches
- Organization and participation in international trade shows, roadshows, customer presentations and test drives
- Making reports for management (analytics in excel, pivot tables – daily, weekly)
- Contracts status and final calculations monitoring
- Keeping all necessary documents according to internal policies
- Assistance to sales team in daily tasks (machines availability, prices, signing contracts, checking downpayments etc.)
- Support sales team communicating upon reservations, integrations, payments, dispatches, etc.
- New employees onboarding and adaptation
- Office management duties (accommodation, tickets, meeting customers, documents collection)

- Support and promote related product development and sales
- Lead sales representatives, distributors, dealers and customers directly in closing large or special projects
- Collaborating with customers, dealers and internal team to develop and promote solutions and propositions that maximize our product performance and value
- Understanding product application, configuration and utilization that provide the best solution and value for a customer
- Providing product assistance and guidance both internally and to our distributors/dealers to support sales efforts

- Create instructional concepts and training policies and implement globally
- Develop and execute virtual and instructor-led international programs and trainings in the area of sales for partner’s sales/marketing/business departments
- Design and apply standardized skill assessment tools as well as continuously drive & monitor regular training follow-up
Desired requirements & qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree with focus on sales, consulting, training or similar or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in sales in a multinational company, preferably automotive
- Coaching experience mandatory
- Prior experience in product development/training
- Experience to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, possess a high level of self-motivation and an excellent work ethic
- Experience in successfully designing/ developing, leading/ conducting and managing sales training.
- Fluency in English
