IT Infrastructure Specialist at TORSUS and Pulsar Expo offers a unique role in the dynamic automotive industry. Through our training program, you’ll refine your expertise and have the opportunity to build a rewarding career.

Main Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure in three offices.
  • Ensure server, storage, and critical infrastructure availability, performance, and security.
  • Plan, design, and execute hardware/software upgrades, expansions, and migrations.

Network Management:

  • Manage office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance with minimal downtime.

System Administration:

  • Perform system backups, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Keep software and firmware up-to-date and compliant with policies.

Technical Support:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain IT procedures, policies, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Train staff on new hardware and software.

Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with vendors for timely delivery and maintenance of IT services/products.
  • Recommend new technologies to enhance IT infrastructure and network performance.

  • Fluency in English at an advanced level is required; knowledge of Czech and Ukrainian languages is considered advantageous.

Become our Sales Trainer and play a pivotal role in driving sales success! Develop tailored training programs aligned with strategic targets, empowering diverse sales teams to excel. With opportunities for extensive travel, you’ll strengthen distributor relationships, promote products, and ensure consistent training across regions, fueling sales growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales associates, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure continuous improvement and performance enhancement.
  • Work closely with distributors to ensure they are well-informed about our products and services. Provide training and resources to help them effectively sell and represent Pulsar Expo in their respective regions.
  • Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources. Ensure all training content is current, comprehensive, and aligned with company goals and strategies.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role with proven track records
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Fluency in English at an advanced level is required; knowledge of Czech and Ukrainian languages is considered advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic is required.
